Good Sam Chapter infformation
What happened to the Good Sam Chapter information? I go online and log into Good Sam and I am entirely disappointed. All I get is an option to join. I am a lifetime member. Nothing on the page directs you to anything involving the club.
If you are not computer savvy you will not know to click on the menu icon of 3 lines. Do that and you have to scroll around to finally find the Community and Chapters. Sadly, when you click on Chapters all you get is a notice to download the app. WHY? I do not want to go to my phone and read small print. I want to be able to access info on my computer.
Where are all the chapters? They must still be there. But there is no info on where, how to find them, local chapters etc. This is extremely annoying when you move to a new area and want to join one.
Almost everything on the website now is geared towards getting people to join. Gone are the friendly things we used to see. You already took away Hiways Magazine. What next? Are you no longer supporting chapters?
So sad. Some one in your marketing division really needs to go back to the drawing board and UNDERSTAND that RV'ers like to make friends and go camping with them. Your advertising is strictly based on individual needs and membership. The key factor that pulled it all together was the chapters and the fun they had.
