We have the same thing with our account. Our GS Club account number is the same as someone's GSRA number. When they scan our card, both accounts pop up. They can tell which is which. I do wish that they could scan one card and all of our different accounts (GS Club, GSRA, Extended Warranty. etc) were all connected. Would make it much easier. But they continue to put bandaids on the thing rather than clean it up. They started with the new swipe cards this year. Don't know why they can't just assign a new number going forward when their cards expire and tie everything in together. Or start fresh for the new year and reissue everyone just one card. And one account number. Then start geetting rid of the old mess.
