I apologize for the delay in your change in creditor notice and receipt of your new card. The bank is required legally to mail those to the address associated with your account. All cards were mailed First Class on August 22nd so you should receive them any time. Your current card will work through September 1st. All of your points will transfer to your new account and will be valid for an additional three years as long as your account remains in good standing.
