I never received a notice about my card not being able to use it after 9-1-14. I found out when it was denied as I called to find out what the problem was.
Then didn't get a new card for a week later and 2 days after that I got a 2nd card.
Called in. I was told to cut up the 1st card and the 2nd card was ready to go and start using it.
I used it today and was denied at Wal-Mart. Called in again. I was told the card they sent has the wrong expiration date on it and they need to send out another card and destroy this one.
Nothing but incompadent people. told them to take there new card and shove it.
