Your experience is exactly the same as mine GSRA would not tow my trailer after the hitch broke on the MH. I cancelled GSRA that day and now have my Roadside Assistance with my insurance company( Progressive). They towed my previous MH 100 miles to an approved repair facility. The same trailer got stuck in the mud 20 feet off of a drive way in Northern MN. They were on site within 1.5 hrs and pulled it out. In each occurrence there was no delay in getting service and no squabbling about whether it was covered or not.
Check with your insurance company, you may be pleasantly surprised.
