They don't handle horse trailers either. Even if they have living quarters in them. They don't just furnish the info. You have to be specific in your inquiries.
Yup and you can have a full blown MH RV completely filled up with RV items but have your dog in it and go to a dog show and NOPE we aren't going to service you. Don't care if you have paid in for over 10 years either. :R
GS has more excuses and exceptions than carter has pills. And more and more are being added each year. Explains their insane direct mail advertising to constantly get new members to replace the ones that ask for a service call and don't get it and/or are cancelled and then drop their membership.
If a member is IN and DRIVING an RV, or TOWING an RV, it should be covered period. And where you are has nothing to do with it.
Your own vehicle insurance towing policy is FAR better with ZERO exceptions. They don't care if you are in the infield of Daytona or up on a mountain side, dog show or horse show...they just come out where they are called and get you.
I too thought I had to have an 'RV' ERS when I was a newbie. Nothing further than the truth. I'm just a slow learner! :B
