Update
Today 12-22-2015, I was contacted by Good Sam Roadside Assistance. I was told that my utility trailer should have been towed by Good Sam. I was promised a review would be done to make sure dispatch is aware of this. For my concern about safety on the side of the road concerning the mobile mechanic, he said to tell them I am not in a safe spot and I will get a tow. I'm only doing quick repairs on the side of the road.
I am totally happy with the response I received from them and will be keeping Good Sam Roadside Assistance.
Case Closed.
