GS ERS has always responded well and handled situations for us, both on the road and scheduled tire service while in storage. That time I was able to go out and purchase a tire myself and schedule the tire change in my storage facility at no charge.
Off the top of my head I can think of four or five times they have responded in a timely and satisfactory manner. Depending on where you are "timely" can be 2 to 3 hours, but that would be true of any ERS.
