We cancelled GS ERS also. They always quote these exhuberent wait times typically 2 hours. Six months ago had a flat tire on my car and called Good Sam and was told 2.5 hours before anyone could arrive. I am in my home town of 300K people. DH laughs and says I'll call AAA. They were there in half and hour, got the tire changed and I was on my may. Called Good Sam back and cancelled.
I did have a good experience once with Good Sam, but was quoted 2 hour wait time so I had a friend pick me up. Fifteen minutes later the driver calls and says where are you? How did I go from a two hour wait to fifteen minutes...poor communication. We added AAA RV coverage. May I never need it.
