A question for the good sam rep. rumor is your company ,when a road service customer calls in that your phone people call around to four or more service providers for a quote on what they will charge for taking the service call? like your company is bartering for the low bidder. and that,s why it takes so long to get a service truck. sounds to me like low bidder for the job gets it, no matter how far away they are.now this wsa a rumor around the camp fire , but from reading these post sounds true?? if its not true? why does it take so long for service?
