I understand your situation. I needed GSERCS yesterday. Experience not good. Waited 2.5 hours for help and help was sent from 80 miles away while I know without a doubt help was available 10 to 40 miles away max. That runs the bill up and leaves you with a bad taste for the service. I will look elsewhere as my Good Sam renewal is a couple of months away.
