There are not competing tow companies in every town, one a Good Sam, another a Coachnet affiliate and a third tied to AAA. Actually, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if AAA, Coachnet and Good Sam even used the exact same call centers, with the same operators, the only distinguishing difference is line 1 rings when you call the AAA number, line two rings with Coachnet and Line three beckons when you call the Good Sam number. But if changing providers will make you feel better, change away".

It's not the Tire Service people that won't come out and repair or change a tire. It's GS ERS's policy to refuse to LET the Service Providers repair a tire, or refuse to change a tire on a car hauler. Both times, I called GS's Tire Service providers on my own(and paid for the service calls myself)and they came right out and "repaired" the tire that GS ERS would not allow them to do. I even talked to a GS supervisor, and he refused to send someone out to change my car hauler tire. If CoachNet covers all trailers and will let a Tire Service repair the tire instead of insisting I buy a new tire, then I will switch to CoachNet. I've had GS ERS refuse to help me twice, and that's enough!
