We purchased a 2008 Coachmen Freedom Express the last week of August. Purchased the ESP for four years at time of RV purchase. We were working on cleaning the inside of the rig, put the room extension out and it wobbled, the wood on the end of the galley bench seat caught the carpet and ripped the wood off of the end. Took the RV to the Camping World close to our house Feb 3rd and had them do the coordination between the warranty people and got approval to do the repairs. What caused the slide out to wobble was the seals rolled. Warranty approved the repairs and instead of me paying just the deductible as stated on my plan paperwork, I ended up paying $900 for the repair because we were told warranty only authorized 2 1/2 hours ant it would take them over 8 hours todo the repairs. They kept my unit for 21/2 months and did a lousy job. I ended up taking my unit to another Camping World to see if they could do something with the interior wood that would look better than what was already done. This was our first experience with the service department at Camping World and will probably be the last time we will go to that service center.
