Good Sam ESP Network

From another post in this forum I understand that there is a database of over 800 repair facilities that have agreed to accept payment directly from the ESP and stand behind their work. Why can't this database be added to a Good Sam website so if needed it could be referred to without the need to contact the ESP call center. This would be especially handy when travelling.

    Along those same lines,
    I had an IMMEDIATE need this weekend (sewer related :E)
    and all I got was "our business hours are Mon-Fri" !

    after an hour of looking on websites to try to figure out how to contact you,
    I see something that says use an approved repair facility, etc...

    How do we know who is approved and what will be covered if we can't talk to you after hours ?
