No , RV repair place called and informed Good Sam with the number they provide on policy about AC on Roof , and AC in RV with exception of hose price because they needed NAPA to build it but did not know how much cost of hose would be. Shop says Good Sam rep. by name of Jeremy says everything looks fine on estimate.so he starts work. Repair place calls back with price of hose from NAPA next day , cost of hose was $210 . Then entire claim is denied when he speaks with a guy named Adam next day about hose price stating it was not "authorized" ,and yes it is a low profile heat pump AC on roof.
