1 Not a fan of extended warranties or service plans,but I see where some would have the possible need.
2 The plan would not have covered the tire/wheel loss, the dealer should have taken care of this immediately. But it does give you good cause to cancel your plan without a penalty,it shows the dealer is not trustworthy.
3 Hire a lawyer. Sooner the better.
