This Friday - 11/12/2021 will be the 10th week since we cancelled our Extended Service Plan through our Dealer - Camping World of Columbia, SC. We still have not received our refund or any other communication regarding this cancellation. Numerous calls to the dealer have become worthless because we are put on hold - then transferred to voice mail and then no return call. Is there anyone of The Good Sam Care Team that can provide assistance so that we can bring this matter to a close?
