I can see how GS could question or deny your claim. From what I understand you owned the MH. Then in October 2013 you purchase an extended warranty. Six months later you file a claim but you have not put any miles on the MH, which equals no trips. I can see how it is possible for someone to purchase a plan for a rig that has a problem then 4 or 5 months later try to collect on a preexisting condition. Especially when the claim is it won't start and it has no additional miles on it since the extended warranty was purchased. I would question the claim also.
