I apologize for your frustration. Here is the situation for future reference- we did capture the mileage at the time the policy was written, and the problem was that the RV had the same mileage at the time the repair was done as it did when the policy was written. The Good Sam ESP policy does not cover pre-existing conditions, and when a vehicle has not moved since the policy was taken out, and then it won't start, this is considered to be a pre-existing condition.
I believe you when you tell me that you drove the vehicle back and forth a few feet to mow the lawn, and so we (Good Sam) are paying the claim but it does not meet the criteria for the insurance policy to consider it a valid claim. They have to go by what the odometer says.
