purchase Good Sams service agreement with new Sprinter wide body TT Oct 18, 2017 from Camping World. Have not used TT often but we were on a trip out east when the 80 Gallon fresh water tank dropped tearing out the aluminum and coroplast. Road side assistance called and sent out Mobile Repair 50 miles away and jacked tank up so it could be drained. Screws missing that held up tank cradle (holes striped) so drilled out and bolted in place. Does anyone know if this is a warranty claim to Keystone or would be covered by Service agreement?????
