Good Sam Extended Service Plan

To all, In 2010 I bought a Veranda 300 and since it was an orphaned coach I thought it wise to buy an Extended Service Plan. I am a Life-member of Good Sam and thus called them first. BIG MISTAKE!!...

When are people going to learn to read warranty and srevice contracts, including the exclusions.
