The rep spent quite some time with my wife going over our plan and saving us some money in the process. Our problem was the same computer glitch that red flagged us last time (possibly the age of our MH), that didn't get fixed last time. Mistakes Will be made But it's how they are addressed that's important. We're satisfied that an honest effort was made, so we will stay with NG at this time.
