Renewal
I just renewed my roadside service contract and had to print out my ID card. No indication that a plastic card would be sent with a new membership package. Did I miss something?

Thank you for your time, please note the below information regarding membership cards.
We are now utilizing Digital Fulfillment kits and cards for all Roadside Assistance and Travel Assist members. We do not send plastic memberships cards to carry in your wallet. You can access your cards online. If you wish you can print a copy to have in your car however; it is not required as your information is in the system when you call dispatch.

Good Sam Customer Care Team - Hi.. I have not had a plastic card for a number of years. I just keep the phone number in the truck. Then call for service. Just keep your dues paid up and they will respond to a call for help. Jim2007
- Tow/service ID cards in general are going out. “Real ID” Driver’s Licenses with vehicle plate number is more secure proof you are the member entitled to help.
