I have never had a problem but they did promise my money back if unhappy. I would ask for money back and try coach net. I have been hearing a lot of bad things of good sam ERS. All I can say is if I do call them and have bad service I will give them bad recomendations until the cows come home. So far I can't complain. I did have a minor problem when trying to get recommendations for a service station and the Good Sam ERS agent sounded like an idiot with a very low I.Q. It was their information assistance. I kind of figured that was a dud from the start. After a couple of minutes I figured out my smart phone info was more informed than he was.
