GS and CN only pay for the truck and person to drive out and back. I have yet to see any ERS offer to supply a mechanic for free. If you read your brochure it clearly states you are responsible for the labor the repair company spends fixing your rig.
From the Brochure:
"If necessary and whenever possible, depending on the RV disablement, there may be a local mobile mechanic available that can perform minor repairs or adjustments to your RV. In these situations, we’ll attempt to bring a mobile mechanic to your location as an alternative to towing your vehicle. You are responsible for the cost of parts and labor."
Sounds like they did what they were paid to do. I would like to know what Emergency Road Service pays for the labor to repair anything on your rig at the side of the road.
