I would not consider wiring a spare tire bracket up to be a repair. If you do please call me when you have a problem, I can repair most anything if that is acceptable to you.
Say you break a spring hanger on your tt, the Dispatched service technician wires or chains it into place so your rig can be moved from the highway.
Is that a repair that should be charged for separately or is that something that is included in the charge for recovery service?
