Mechanical repairs
If necessary and whenever possible, depending on the RV disable- ment, there may be a local mobile mechanic available that can perform minor repairs or adjustments to your RV. In these situa- tions, we’ll attempt to bring a mobile mechanic to your location as an alternative to towing your vehicle. You are responsible for the cost of parts and labor.
Is what the membership brochure says. To me, the OP's situation sounds like a minor repair or adjustment. They are either gonna send you a ow truck to tow you or chamge your tire. A mobile mechanic to to make the repair or adjustment. Or someone with fuel. Except for the tow and changing an inflated spare tire, the costs to you will be extra. And depending on the two and how far you want it towed, there could be extra costs there also.
But if you can get a mod to move this over to the roadside assistance area, I'm sure one of the rapid response team will get in the hands of the appropriate people and either give you your money back or offer a discount/gift. They are pretty good at trying to satisfy people.
