Good Sam is really "BAD" SAM roadside assist !!

Yesterday, Good Sam had NO ONE answering phones. I realize it was the 4th of July but I thought they provided 24 hour service.

All calls received a recording saying to call back tomorrow. Same for their extended warranty service. Nothing but recordings.
