I am not standing up for GS or putting them down.
USAA handed me to Progressive for my TT insurance. I bought full coverage including roadside service and trip interruption.
With that fact in place I have never belonged to GS, or any other service. I have no basis for an opinion so I have no opinion.
Op merely pointed out that he received more prompt service from his carrier than he did GS. It was the responders who chose to focus on the service or repair aspect
