After I bought my current 5er, I had occasion to use GSRA for a flat tire. I had picked up a screw and had a slow leak which resulted in a flat over the days I had spent at a campground. I called GSRA, they took the information and gave me a time for the arrival of the technician.
About 20 minutes before he was due, they called to give me a new time. They had redispatched the call to another shop that they felt was better equipped to handle the repair. I had to wait an extra half hour or so.
The technician arrived, changed the tire for my spare, gave me directions to their shop to have the damaged tire plugged and swapped from the spare rim to the aluminum one. I paid for swapping rims and plugging the damaged tire. GSRA paid for the tire change at the disablement site. I was satisfied with the service.
