X3 I can't log in either, gives me the same message and I know my e mail address and password are correct. Tried 3 times. PS this for the good sam club website not the good sam portal for rv.net

Which good Sam websites goodsam.com (roadside assistance) or goodsamclub.com (club website). I'm getting into the club website just fine.

I have had the same problem with trying to log in that Jeffcarp refers to above. This is my first time today to have success in logging in. Another problem - I would like to change my user name and, as directed on the profile page, I emailed the webmaster for Good Sam and the message bounces back so evidently I cannot contact that address either.

I am not able to log in either. Login using my usual username and password tells me "The login information you have entered is incorrect. Please try again." If I try the forgotten password route the "show hint" option says "Error occured. Please try again later. If problem persists, please contact webmaster@goodsam.com." The "send password" option says "Email Address not recognized. Please re-enter and try again. If problem persists, please contact webmaster@goodsam.com."

Guess I will have to call in on Monday.

Talked to a rep last week. They had to reset my password. When I tried to edit my account, I could not edit. On Monday, the tech people adjusted the fields in my account. Everything is okay (for now). The person I talked to was not able to tell me what the problem was.

I've been having this same problem for several weeks. I've received one e-mail from technical acknowledging the problem with the website. Since then I've sent another complaint. No response. Just wonderin' if it's still being looked into.........?

Good Sam care team said that I was not register and reregistered me. I know my user name and password work till something Changed with web sit.

I have the same problem, completely locked out of GS.
