Good Sam Platinum Service

We had a break down in the NC mountains. When I called GS, I was asked pertinent questions about where we were, plus I was asked specifically if we were in a safe location out of traffic. Once our location was confirmed, a wrecker from 30 miles away was dispatched, and was at our location in less than an hour, and we were towed to a dealership 20 miles further up the road for repairs. After all was done and said, Good Sam really came through in a tough situation with no hiccups or glitches. Thank you for your service.
