I just called Customer Service and they told me that they no longer issue insurance cards for trailers. They said we need to copy the declarations page from our insurance policy and put a copy in the trailer. I told them, well, a lot of things and told them I was aware that they recorded the conversations and I wanted it to be recorded. For $150.00 for 6 months insurance on a pop-up, I think they could compromise their profits enough to send me an insurance card or at least have one online for me to copy. This is the first year we have had problems and we have had their insurance for over 10 years so, as I said, only changed their name? Well, I have a name for their change!
