Good Sam Roadside Assistance - THE BEST
My wife and I have had a couple of weeks of problems, 1st blew a intercooler Clamp on our Dodge Cummins. Roadside Assistance found a Mobile Mechanic had him on site in an hour (ON SUNDAY) (FIRST GEAR FLEET SERVICE, BRIGHTON MICHIGAN). Excellent Service by the Company. Coming out of Big Springs Texas, did not realize it at the time but fuel line from Injector pump to Injector broke in half. Limped to Fort Hancock, TX. We pulled in to the back lot of a gas station, we could not leave the 5th wheel there so... Roadside Assistance found a Company that towed the 5th wheel and our truck (separately) to El Paso. Towed the 5th wheel to the RV Park and our truck to their lot (with no storage fee). KAMEL Towing out of EL PASO, TX. Excellent Company and Service. Going to have the truck fixed today. We want to express our deep thanks and gratitude to Good Sam, their phone representatives and the companies they chose. I have read some negative comments in this Forum. Working with the phone reps and the companies goes along ways. If I ever do have a bad experience, I will remember the excellent service I have received. Thank you again Good Sam Roadside Assistance. This experience has been disheartening at times but between Good Sam and my Wife..... Life is Good.
