Good Sam Roadside Assistance -Administration not so good

Does anyone know why it is so difficult dealing with GS Roadside assistance. Been a member for 8 years. They send me so much **** about renewing way before my service contract has expired, it is dif...

My coverage has free towing for 100 miles. All the other essentials like fuel, tire repair etc. If I am pulling my trailer or toad, all covered.
