Good Sam Roadside assistance -ultimately did the right thing

Man, I hate to hear this. This is a nightmare scenario for me and the exact reason we travel between Monday and Friday - 6am to 4pm local time. We sit on the weekends. I know not everybody agrees with this or can afford (time wise) to do it this way but, man, it sure makes things a lot easier should bad things happen.
