Good Sam (Zach from above) contacted me in person today. They wanted to better understand what had happened. They do care about the quality of their service. We discussed the situation and we all did the best we could given the circumstances. I will carry an extra tire (no rim) in the bed of my truck from now on because any roadside crew should be able to swap a bad tire for a good one. Since my first blowout might have contributed to the second one (and the second one ended up blowing a chunk of metal in my spare) I will be better equipped if a future tire issue occurs.
Even from the beginning, Good Sam was curteous and did the best they could. My faith in them is restored after speaking with Zach.
