Good Sam roadside assistance app problem.
When the GSRA App was announced I installed it on both of our phones.
The beauty of this app is that you pre-enter all your info on all covered vehicles, your GS member number, etc so that when it is necessary to call for assistance all that info and your GPS location is sent to GSRA.
I recently had occasion to call for assistance. I was asked my name, which is understandable to confirm that it was really me calling. But then I was asked for my GS membership number - data that was stored in the app and sent to GS as soon as I made the call. It meant having to dig out the wallet and dig thru the various cards to find the correct one while stranded on the side of an interstate. It wasted time and made the situation more stressful.
What is the point of using the app if I'm going to have to repeat all the info anyway?
