Good Sam Roadside Assistance App

Just wondering if anyone has used the Good Sam Roadside Assistance App to request assistance. If so, any comments? The reviews on the App website don't seem good.

I have it but don't know why, all you really need is the phone number and your id number. The app is hard to close, and it just calls out for you.
