Incidentally I provided my contact info to GS Care Team as requested in the 2nd post above and have not received any response back from GS.
Been a long time since I've been subtly called a fool. I don't know what platform you are using but I can state for certainty the app works on the Android system.
I still believe asking for a solution is far better than jumping on the forum and bashing the application. Regarding your concerns about a non-response; its only been three working days since your original post. Regardless, I hope you get your problem resolved.
