If reimbursement was the service... better coverage is probably available through the vehicle insurance company.
But rather the service is sold as having a number to call to get service directly from a reputable company that has been vetted by GS. And certainly Interstates should be well covered.
Surprised the OP waited 4 hours with small children to call his own service.
I am just trying to educate him and others that they can take the reimbursement route when and if GSRA fails them. As for me so far the service has been great.
