Yiu know you can just sign into your GSRA account and fill out a reimbursement request to get the money you paid out of pocket for the tire change. OR did you need a tire delivered
But rather the service is sold as having a number to call to get service directly from a reputable company that has been vetted by GS. And certainly Interstates should be well covered.
Surprised the OP waited 4 hours with small children to call his own service.
I am just trying to educate him and others that they can take the reimbursement route when and if GSRA fails them. As for me so far the service has been great.
Just to say reimbursement is not the same as providing service.
Maybe GS should put in an extra $100 when they fail to procure service until the next day prompting the customer to hire his own. Special circumstances excepted. Op just needed a tire swapped on the interstate.
