Good Sam Roadside Assistance Mobile App - Login Issues

For the past several weeks I've been trying to access my Good Sam Roadside Assistance Mobile App with no luck.

I've downloaded the Good Sam Roadside Assistance Mobile App from the Apple App Store and opened the application.

The initial "Member Lookup" screen appears and I enter my Name, Phone #, Member # and Zip Code.

I click "Next" and it responds with "Thank You for Registering", however, before I can click "OK" it flashes up a new dialog box saying "We were unable to retrieve your benefits information. Please contact our customer service, So we can help you with your roadside request."

At that point it tells me to "Logout" or Call Customer Service. It will not let me into the application and when I click "Logout" it takes me back to the Member Lookup screen.

I've logged into the Good Sam website, confirmed all of my information is correct and uninstalled / reinstalled the mobile application on my iphone 11 and I get the same response from the Roadside Assistance Mobile App
