Good Sam Roadside Assistance Mobile App

Hi all,

I just signed up for GS Roadside Assistance BUT was sad to find that their Android mobile app "is not compatible" with my phone.

The Android App has not been updated since 2013 (according to Google Play).

Does anyone have experience with the Android App on LG phones?

Does anyone have experience with the app at all? I have written to GS but they have not replied...

    The mobile app is totally superfluous and not required to get roadside service. We used RA for years before the mobile app was developed. All you rally need is your member number and the telephone number to call. Both are on your membership card.

    From what I can gather, they are not too interested in updating or Fixing their mobile app.

    I will send you info later. Leaving for a movie now.
    I did try to get the MH in again. Using a iPhone 6 Plus and again it failed when picking on Engine type.
    It leaves the app when doing that. Then when I reopen app all the MH info I saved is gone and have to start all over again.

    I got the iPhone app and it doesn't let me input my MH info.
    It goes so far then:
    Every time when clicking on Engine input. It closes the app out. :(
