They say they have a network of RV tow companies that are capable of towing RVs BUT THEY DO NOT. all they have is a computer with Google to find a tow company,
That's why it takes so long for you to get there road service (tow)
It really is sad that you have to pay this type of money For there service. When you're parked on the side of the hwy with your RV in a dangerous situation and your having to do there job is very sad.
And what makes it even more sad I live in Denver Colorado where their home office is located.

We do offer a discounted "introductory price" for the first year of membership as you mentioned. After that we revert back to our regular price - most other plans either limit your benefits (like the towing limit you mention) or offer similar benefits for a higher price than us. Consumer Reports recently ranked us the highest RV roadside assistance program in the US. Thanks again for your post.

Good Sam Roadside - DAWg134ExplorerIt occurred to me that Good Sam (as well as other roadside assistance programs) may well be shooting themselves in the foot with their price increases. People like myself, that have never had the misfortune to actually require the services of either AAA or Good Sam in 40 years may decide to take their chances and forego a plan altogether... leaving Good Sam's ranks filled solely with people that frequently require assistance. Invariably, this would eventually lead to a death spiral as the company feels the need to further increase their prices.

Giving the kids AAA basic as Christmas presents. Good Sam Roadside - Campfire_TimeExplorerThey also dropped Platinum+ which has/had a 100 mile tow where ever you want to go. This is the reason I joined. No way am I paying 219.95 for less coverage than I have with Platinum+. GSRA already lost me as a customer next year as I will not be renewing with them.

I downloaded the Roadside app for my iPhone 6.
I can't input my RV info.
It saves everything until I tap "Engine Manufacturer"
Then it closes the app. Over and Over it does that. :M
I was able to save my car info with no problem.
That may explain why it only had 2 * for a app. :( - TwomedExplorerCoachNet raised this year too...by changing to "new" plans...stuck with them though, based on prior service. :) :)
