We do have special offers that are done through the mail and also in our call center, but those specials are not linked to your online profile because they are specific to either the mailings or in house offers.
Also, we have opted to do standardized pricing for all our programs to help our members save money but everyone has access to the multiyear discounts if they call in and those are pretty significant savings, on top of the mailing discounts. Since you were mailed that offer but were unable to use it would you like me to extend your membership by 3 months for the difference? I would be happy to do so.
