Thank you for the response. This occurred on June 3rd. As this was not a "blow out" and I was safe and parked, I suppose it fell to the bottom of the priority list.
I truly believe, if any customer needs roadside assistance he/she should receive on site assistance. If we are exceeding our expectations of what is and is not going to receive service, perhaps a more detailed brochure or access to Good Sam's Roadside assistance of what is and is not covered web page may be helpful.
I look forward to the follow up you say is forthcoming.
