I have emergency roadside service through my insurance company, USAA. Over the years, I've called them several times in my travels; twice with flat tires, once with a broken serpentine belt, and finally :S, I needed a locksmith. No problems with the reasonably quick and courteous service for which I pay about $14 a year. But... I don't have any fancy VIP Concierge Services or Travel Agent Services. They just patch me up and get me back on the road.
