thanks again everyone, just wanted you to know that Darren did call me personally and got my feedback and information, was i happy with the service and wait times no was i happy with the chance to give my feedback and a chance to help them get better yes for sure. he was very gracious and i could tell he wanted the feedback and I am sure he will look into my situation for this day. These days you cant beat good customer service and I will give them that and I hope it will make them better for the next time one of us need them, thank you Darren for the quick response and being open to my comments. Now I just hope my truck dont cost me an arm and a leg. I have a big camping trip for the 4th and dont want to miss that. Safe travels everyone.
