Good Sam RV Insurance Contacts?

Question

I tried to get an online quote through Good Sam for the new toy hauler I am buying but it does not show it as a listed model.  It says on their page to use "other" if not listed, but "other" is not an option to select.  I have sent them an email through their contact page and got confirmation a message was sent, but now 2 weeks later, I have not gotten a response. Anyone have any direct contact info for them?
